Not Even Alpha

Yes, that's the truth. Lyfind is still being developed, and its reference implementation is not yet even complete. This is primarly because a solid implementation is preferred to a ready available one. What we can say is that, up to now, this is the status, module by module:

• Storage Management: 100%.
• Plugin system: 60%.
• Client interaction: 0%.
• Text (test) client: 0%.
• GTK client: 0%.
• Clients:
  • Text (test) client: 0%.
  • GTK client: 0%.
• Plugins:
  • none.

When I have time, I will update those estimates, as the project goes to a completion.

Roadmap

Here follows the roadmap of Lyfind we still have to reach. It will improve and be extended as soon as we go on.

• 0.0.1, 0.0.2, ...: Alpha releases - that is, alla components are in place, but they can be buggy, poorly or only partly implemented.
• 0.1: First official release. Lyfind will be useable at this point, even if greatly improvable.
• 0.2, 0.3, ...: Functionality adding and bug hunting.
• 1.0: First complete release.
